Do I need Mollie or Payconiq?

A payment provider is optional but recommended. With Mollie or Payconiq, payments are processed in real time and you get instant confirmation that the money has reached your bank account — so you can hand over the order with confidence. If you prefer not to use either, a plain bank-transfer QR code is also available; it works without any provider, but you will not get real-time confirmation that the payment went through.

Can customers pay without creating an account?

Absolutely. Customers just scan the QR code, pick a payment method, and confirm in their bank app. No login, no signup.

Can customers book an appointment themselves?

Yes. They enter their email on your booking page, get a one-time login code, and pick an open slot on your calendar — no account or password needed. You see every request on your calendar and accept or decline it yourself.

Where is my data hosted?

On EU infrastructure. All sensitive business data is stored encrypted at rest.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no contract and no commitment. Just let us know you're stopping and we'll stop invoicing you.

Which businesses does this fit?

Small hospitality: frituur, café, salon, lunch room, small restaurant. Built for one or a handful of locations, not for chains.

Is it really multilingual?

Out of the box: English and Dutch. An extra language can easily be added if needed.
